Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Each item is made to order, so please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping. Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships!
Do you offer rush shipping?
At the moment, we don’t offer expedited shipping since all products are made-to-order. If you need something by a specific date, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size chart in the listing. Please check measurements before ordering, as all sales are final.
Will my print look exactly like the images?
Due to screen variations, colors may appear slightly different in person. However, we ensure high-quality printing so the final product looks amazing!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
My order arrived damaged—what should I do?
We're so sorry about that! Please email us at hello@botanicaprinthaus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Not happy with your order?
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@botanicaprinthaus.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Issues
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so we can only cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order goes into production and can’t be canceled.
I entered the wrong shipping address—can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at hello@botanicaprinthaus.com with the correct address, and we’ll do our best to update it.
